Returns

We do not accept returns. However, exchanges are available only in the following cases:

Incorrect size received
Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered

Incorrect Size

If you receive a product in a different size than what you ordered, please ensure that the product packaging remains unopened and unused. Only then will the item be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in the following situations:

The product is damaged upon delivery
You receive the wrong item
The size received is different from the size ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Eligible products can only be exchanged as per the conditions mentioned above.

Order Modification & Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. All products undergo a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.
